About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Recruiter – Early Careers. The role requires end-to-end early careers hiring across universities and manage early talent programs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in campus hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in recruiting and selecting more experienced professional and managerial individuals from internal and external sources
  • Plan and conduct innovative employment advertising campaigns to recruit candidates and develop effective working relationships with professional recruitment agencies, schools, and all levels of internal management
  • Review and analyze selected candidates on various factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company
  • Administer tests and interpret results
  • Consult with more experienced managers on sourcing strategy, and engages in direct candidate sourcing activities
  • Plan the selection process including competencies to assess and interviewers
  • Consult on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy
  • Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
  • Manage external research, contingency or retained search firms
  • Present recommendations for selected candidates to the more experienced management, direct them through the hiring process, and consult with hiring managers in assigned groups

  • Collaborate and consult with Recruiting colleagues, internal partners, managers, and more experienced managers regarding the recruitment process


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campus hiring programs at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in a matrixed or global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring programs simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with Workday and recruitment analytics


Job Expectations:

  • Own the full campus recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, campus strategy, sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve early careers programs including internships, graduate programs, rotational programs, and pre-placement engagement initiatives
  • Partner with Learning & Development, HR, and business leaders to ensure program structure, onboarding, and development learning pathways
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for early career hires throughout the program lifecycle
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and participant experience from attraction to program completion
  • Act as the organization’s brand ambassador on campuses through events, career fairs, guest lectures, hackathons, and employer branding initiatives
