Tesla is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across our most dynamic, fast-moving business lines — including Sales, Delivery, Service, Energy, and Internship programs.

You'll operate at the intersection of speed and quality, sourcing exceptional talent at scale without ever compromising on the caliber of people who join our teams.

This is a front-line role with real impact. You'll be the first connection between Tesla's mission and the people who will bring it to life.

Responsibilities

・Own end-to-end recruiting across high-volume, high-stakes hiring pipelines

・Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements, advise on hiring strategy, and support workforce planning needs

・Effectively convey Tesla’s mission, values, and business operations to potential talent

・Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent

・Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environment

・Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs

・Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

Requirements

・6+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments, from corporate, agency, or a combination of both

・Demonstrated excellence in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple requisitions simultaneously

・Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders

・Skilled at guiding teams through talent strategy, sourcing channels, and candidate assessment

・Confident in leading projects to successful outcomes — balancing efficiency with quality

・Strong sense of urgency with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

・Proficient with ATS platforms and recruiting tools, with a commitment to data accuracy

・Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)

・Genuine passion for technology, demonstrated through continuous learning throughout your career
