What You’ll Do (The Scope):
You will own the full-cycle recruitment pipeline across all major departments, including:
  • Sales & Marketing: Sourcing high-ticket roof consultants, canvassers, and lead generation pros.
  • Operations & PMs: Recruiting detail-oriented Project Managers and Field Supervisors.
  • Labor & Installers: Finding reliable, skilled roofing crews and installation teams.
  • Corporate: Filling administrative and office support roles as we scale.
What We are Looking For:
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Industry Edge: Background recruiting for construction, roofing, home improvement, or high-volume sales is a massive plus.
  • Grit & Hustle: A self-starter who knows how to navigate job boards, social media, and local networking to find passive talent.
  • Process Driven: Sharp interview skills and excellent organizational abilities.
