About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who acts as a strategic talent partner and trusted advisor. This role goes beyond filling positions; you will shape roles, build pipelines, and influence hiring decisions that align with our business priorities. Your expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategy will be vital to attracting elite talent for a diverse portfolio of roles, including complex and hard-to-fill positions.
This is a key position to help us deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and create an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can be based in either our El Segundo, CA or Auburn, MA office. The expectation is for employees to work onsite three days per week.
