Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter

Hybrid Role | 2 Days Onsite in North Dallas

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus primarily on recruiting field leadership and corporate Manager and Director-level talent, while also providing targeted recruiting support for difficult-to-fill treatment center positions.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced internal corporate recruiter who knows how to lead a search from intake through offer, build credibility with hiring leaders, identify the right target talent, and successfully engage passive candidates. You’ll also serve as an experienced resource to the broader recruiting team, helping with recruiter training, sourcing strategies, and challenging searches.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for field leadership positions, including Program Directors, Regional Directors, Regional Marketing Managers, and other operational and commercial leadership roles.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions including corporate Manager and Director-level positions across functions such as Operations, Growth, Finance, HR, Clinical, Marketing, and other corporate teams.
  • Own the recruiting process from initial intake through offer, creating a strong and consistent experience for both hiring leaders and candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand the business need, define the ideal candidate profile, establish an effective recruiting strategy, and maintain momentum throughout the search.
  • Translate job requirements into thou ghtful target profiles, sourcing strategies, search criteria, and compelling candidate outreach.
  • Proactively identify and engag e passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, market research, and other creative channels.
  • Craft personalized outreach that clearly communicates the opportunity, BHG’s mission, and why the role may be compelling to prospective candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screens and assessments, presenting hiring leaders with well-qualified candidates and clear insight into their experience, motivation, compensation expectations, and overall alignment.
  • Provide targeted sourcing and screening support for challenging treatment center positions when additional recruiting resources are needed to build candidate pipelines and accelerate hiring.
  • Manage multiple searches with different levels of complexity and urgency while maintaining strong communication and follow-through with hiring leaders and candidates.
  • Use recruiting data and market intelligence to advise hiring leaders on candidate availability, compensation, competitive dynamics, and potential adjustments to recruiting strategy.
  • Serve as an experienced resource to the Talent Acquisition team by helping train and onboard new recruiters , sharing sourcing and recruiting best practices, and assisting teammates with difficult searches or recruiting challenges.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and compliance documentation within the ATS.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on improving recruiting practices, candidate experience, hiring leader experience, and overall quality of hire.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience within an internal corporate Talent Acquisition team.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting Manager, Director, and field leadership talent across multiple functions and/or geographic markets.
  • Experience independently managing searches from intake and search strategy through sourcing, assessment, interview management, offer, and close.
  • Strong passive sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to identify target talent rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants or job postings.
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, and other direct sourcing techniques.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop compelling, personalized candidate outreach that generates interest from passive talent.
  • Ability to quickly understand a role and business need, identify the right candidate profile, and translate that profile into an effective sourcing strategy.
  • Strong hiring leader partnership skills with the confidence to provide guidance, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and keep searches moving forward.
  • Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing skills with a focus on both experience and long-term fit.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or serving as a resource to other recruiters is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, multi-site healthcare, or another decentralized/multi-location organization is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
