We are growing fast and need a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across all departments -from engineering and operations to commercial and corporate functions within Latvia and US Operations. You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, shape our talent acquisition processes, and help build the team that is redefining wind energy maintenance.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across technical, operational, and business functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview processes.
• Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, events, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure consistently positive candidate experience.
• Drive offer processes, including compensation benchmarking and negotiation.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Aerones at career fairs and industry events.
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and use data to improve.
• Support continuous improvement of our ATS, workflows, and hiring best practices.
Requirements
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology or engineering-driven company.
• Demonstrated success hiring across diverse regions and functions: engineering, operations, and/or commercial roles.
• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you build trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable tracking metrics and iterating based on results.
• Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Fluency in Latvian and English

The technology in use is controlled remotely. In addition, it is compact and easily transportable.
