Location: Orlando, 32809 – This position is onsite

Pay: $75,000 to $85,000

Type: Direct hire

Schedule:

1. This role will primarily work on recruiting installers and field service technicians, some corporate roles, and sales.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop candidate profiles aligned with organizational staffing objectives.
3. Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, career fairs, referrals, advertising, and other innovative recruiting strategies.
4. Screen resumes, conduct candidate pre-screening interviews, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with department managers.
5. Maintain communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing candidate updates, feedback, and hiring recommendations.
6. Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and adherence to company safety, security, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Must have recent experience in recruiting/talent focused role
• Must have experience sourcing candidates from major job boards, proven creative problem-solving skills to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
• Must have knowledge of best hiring practices Must be MS Office proficient
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
