
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across multiple enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal. He or she will partner closely with Business Leaders including C-level executives to support the planning and execution of non-clinical talent acquisition delivery including executing staffing strategies; source and recruit professional level and executive candidates; manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process; and adhere to all relevant tracking and compliance requirements. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for leading and executing special projects to support our long-term talent strategy.
The base pay estimate for this role is $66,900-$113,700 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
