Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Compensation: $120-140K

Location: Calabasas, CA

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-level security professionals. This role will focus on sourcing, assessing, and placing executive protection agents, residential security teams, drivers, and specialized security personnel in highly confidential environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting within military, law enforcement, executive protection, or private security environments and possess the ability to build trusted relationships with elite talent and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive protection and private security roles
  • Source candidates from military, law enforcement, intelligence, and private security backgrounds through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and vetting, including background, licensing, and credential verification
  • Evaluate candidates for professionalism, discretion, communication skills, and cultural fit within security-focused environments
  • Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified executive protection agents, armed/unarmed guards, drivers, and residential security professionals
  • Partner closely with leadership and clients to understand security staffing needs, schedules, and deployment requirements
  • Manage confidential candidate and client information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding, and placement logistics
  • Stay current on industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices within executive protection and private security recruiting

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within military, executive protection, law enforcement, or private security industries
  • Prior experience recruiting security guards, executive protection agents, or military personnel required
  • Strong understanding of executive protection operations and private security protocols preferred
  • Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates in highly specialized markets
  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to assess professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on relevant experience
