The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-level security professionals. This role will focus on sourcing, assessing, and placing executive protection agents, residential security teams, drivers, and specialized security personnel in highly confidential environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting within military, law enforcement, executive protection, or private security environments and possess the ability to build trusted relationships with elite talent and clients.
