Expand My Business (ExMyB) is Asia's largest B2B managed marketplace for digital services. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and currently employs 200+ spread across Tech, Sales, Operations and Marketing and have served over 1200+ clients worldwide. ExMyB has already raised capital from a few top global VCs and has closed its series A recently. ExMyB has grown 10X in revenue over the past 6 months and plans a 30X growth over the next 12-18 months. ExMyB is looking forward to building a world class platform for buyers and partners and thus hiring for several positions across multiple departments.

Working closely with the leadership and business, you will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning and delivery of HR services. You will be responsible for performing a variety of HR support.
Responsibility:

• Partner with Sr managers to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs including pipelines for future business needs.• Responsible for leadership hiring.
• Produce and update job specifications and descriptions.• Arrange recruitment materials.• Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards.• Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications.• Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience • Follow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal records 
Requirements: 
• Professional with 4-7 years of experience are preferred• Demonstrate exceptional experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities. • Ability to problem solve and have organizational acumen • Ability to communicate, connect and develop trust quickly    with all levels within an organization. • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Be confident in handling ambiguity and fluid situations and have an abundance of common     sense and pragmatism.
