About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our on-site recruitment team. You'll lead end-to-end hiring for international clients, manage complex recruitment projects, mentor junior recruiters, and consistently deliver high-quality placements across multiple industries.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for international clients.
Source and engage top-tier professionals across multiple industries.
Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
Manage multiple priority vacancies simultaneously.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Partner with the client success manager to understand hiring requirements.
Mentor junior recruiters and support team development.
Improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.
Achieve placement and revenue targets.
Who are we looking for?
4–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Proven success hiring across multiple industries.
Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
Experience managing client relationships.
Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Outstanding communication skills.
Comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.
