Lifecare is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time opportunity (approx. 22 to 28 hours per week) working to support our Allied Health team in Malvern.

You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists, insurers, and community stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery.
• Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with allied health clinicians would be an advantage but not essential
• Experience with a medical/clinical software, preferably Zedmed/Nookal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who is passionate about the patient journey
