We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist to provide professional administration services to our Brisbane team.

As a Receptionist with Worley, you will be responsible for providing a professional, welcoming front‑of‑house experience for all visitors, customers, and staff.

What you’ll do

  • Greet visitors and staff and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reconcile general office company corporate card account
  • Assist in the organisation of meetings and events as required
  • Book couriers and manage outgoing and incoming deliveries
  • Maintain staff and visitor access cards
  • Maintain office kitchen and stock levels
  • Assist with the new starter induction process
  • Arrange domestic and international travel as required
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as required
  • Contribute to the smooth‑running and maintenance of the office

What you’ll have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • A proactive, goal‑oriented approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and seek support when required
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet strict deadlines, and prioritise workloads in a busy environment
  • Ability to identify and improve processes to ensure best practice
  • Strong relationship‑building skills supported by clear, professional verbal and written communication, diplomacy, and approachability
