You will join a dynamic team responsible for developing and maintaining real-time trading solutions within a leading FX (Foreign Exchange) technology environment.

Your primary focus will be on Java-based systems, with opportunities to contribute to Node.js components and work with industry-standard protocols and platforms.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real-time Java development.
• Languages Advanced English proficiency
• Technical Tools Solid experience with GitHub and JaCoCo Java Code Coverage.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Java Advanced level
• GitHub Advanced level
• JaCoCo Java Code Coverage Advanced level
• Applications Development Advanced level
• Software Change Analysis & Control Intermediate level

Highly Desirable Experience

• Product Expertise Proven expertise in implementing solutions within the Caplin product.
• Protocols Solid experience with the FIX protocol, including the design and implementation of FIX-based integrations.
• Node.js Practical experience with Node.js, particularly in the context of financial or trading systems.

Additional Qualities

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in the financial services sector, especially in FX or trading platforms, is a significant plus.
