NVIDIA requires a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to guide the complete development journey of strategic “Iconics” workplace and campusdevelopment This position is the sole owner of merging (1) Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and regulatory obligations, (2) NVIDIA’s businessobjectives, and (3) project/site restrictions into a clear, actionable development strategy. The role includes recognizing when specialized support inentitlements,environmental concerns, legal, or technical fields mustbe brought in and coordinated. This is not a traditional construction-only Project Manager role. It is a senior development “orchestrator” role that drives outcomes across governmentinterface, collaborator alignment, and program delivery. This role is based at NVIDIA's office in Yokneam, Israel

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

• Own the vision and execution for large-scale development projects, from siteselectionand due diligence through design, entitlement, and construction.

• Direct the full development process from site and land activities through entitlements, approvals, and preparation for delivery, converting NVIDIA goals into a well-defined action plan.

• Serve as primary contact working with government bodies, municipalities, agencies, and utilities, crafting submissions, negotiations, and approval strategies.

• Drive regulatory and entitlement pathways, ensuring realistic schedules, risk mitigation, and defensible documentation.

• BalanceAuthorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)requirements, NVIDIA business priorities, and project constraints to resolve conflicts and guide decision-making.

• Provide clear tradeoff recommendations and decision materials for executive leadership.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and external PM/CM partners tomaintainalignment with development intent.

• Establish and lead program governance, including status tracking, risk management, and collaborator coordination.

• Deliver executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.

• Maintain disciplined documentation across approvals, collaborator commitments, and key decisions.

What We NeedToSee:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 10+ overall years of experience in real estate development and capital projects delivery with direct responsibility for approvals/entitlements and coordination among multiple parties and 5+ years of management experience

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex developments in Israel (or deeply comparable regulatory environment), including AHJ interface and negotiation.

• Proven ability to manage consultants and cross-functional collaborators, getting resultsthroughinfluence and structured governance.

• Strong written and verbal communication with executives; capable of producing concise decision-quality materials.

• Experience with enterprise / tech / critical workplace or campus developments.

• Track recorddelivering complex programs across multiple authorities andjurisdictions

• Familiarity with procurement/vendor management, contracting, andscopedefinition for specialist services.

• Comfortoperatingin ambiguity and buildingstructurewhere processes are not yetestablished
