Our expertise falls into three main categories:

• Building Custom AI Solutions: Deploying high-impact, AI-enabled technology utilizing IDP, Agentic RAG.

Domain: FinTech

Location: Poland. The role offers remote work opportunities; however, candidates must be permanently based in Poland.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design
• Experience working in microservices architecture environments
• Strong understanding of API integrations and communication between distributed services
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Understanding of performance optimization and frontend security best practices
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (Git, CI/CD, Webpack/Vite)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech products or financial domain projects
• Experience with Next.js
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of microfrontend architecture
• Experience working in international product companies
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
