What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Senior React Native Engineer, you’ll sit at the center of mobile execution, system architecture, and technical quality.

Your role combines high-impact code contribution with technical guidance. You’ll champion engineering best practices while contributing directly to architecture, complex technical challenges, and critical delivery moments.

You’ll work closely with Product Management, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to shape and deliver outstanding mobile experiences for our global fan base.

One day you might be diagnosing complex performance bottlenecks or streamlining deployment pipelines across iOS and Android ecosystems. The next, you could be designing native module integrations, refining state management strategies, or stepping into the codebase to unblock delivery.

You’ll work with technologies like React Native core, JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), state management tools (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query), and automated testing frameworks—always with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Because driving quality starts with technical credibility, you’ll stay hands-on at your core. A significant part of your time will involve active engineering: solving complex mobile issues, improving app architecture, and supporting delivery where it matters most.

Alongside this, you’ll help elevate peers, set code quality standards, and shape mobile development processes across the team.

Your Background

You don’t need to tick every box, but we’re generally looking for:

• Proven senior-level background taking ownership of complex features and delivering production-ready mobile apps
• Comprehensive hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), and native module integration
• Proficiency with modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query)
• Strong grasp of mobile UI design principles, performance optimization, and fluid user interactions
• Solid experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library)
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues and optimize app performance across iOS and Android ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of guiding peers and working in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work on-site in our Hungary office

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines for iOS (App Store Connect) and Android (Google Play Console)
• Hands-on experience writing native code (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java)
• Familiarity with real-time sports data streaming, WebSocket connections, or 3D graphics rendering
