Dealer Information Systems Corporation (One of the Divisions of Constellation Software Inc.) is a leading business management software provider to agricultural, construction, truck refrigeration and lift truck dealers in North America. Founded in 1980, and based in Bellingham WA (USA); we are a team of 100+ professionals who help customers with Software, Hardware and Network Management so they don't have to deal with many vendors but just one full-service company.

The Position
The division is looking forSenior Mobile Developer – Team Leadto work as part of its team to be responsible forthe development and maintenance of its mobile applications that meet both technical requirements and business objectives
The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Lahore or Islamabad resource centre office as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers (React Native/iOS/Android/Xamarin), providing guidance, code reviews, and technical oversight
Develop high-quality code that meets functional requirements, is easy to maintain, and provides a positive user experience.
Setting technical direction, defining best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
Determining the overall structure of the application, selecting appropriate technologies, and designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
Communicate directly with customers when needed to troubleshoot issues, gather context, and ensure satisfaction with mobile solutions.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning among team members.
Resolving technical challenges and addressing issues that arise during the development process, leveraging their expertise to find effective solutions and keep projects on track.
Work closely with other team members, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
Offer guidance and support to team members, helping them navigate technical challenges, understand complex concepts, and improve their skills.
Ensure that code reviews are conducted regularly as part of the development process to maintain code quality, identify bugs, and prevent technical debt.
Participate in agile planning and stand-up meetings as necessary.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Minimum:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 3 years using React Native.
2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and design principles
7+ years of experience with testing mobile applications and enterprise software through manual and automated techniques/unit test frameworks
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern frameworks.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to design software using industry standard technologies.
Have the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in applications efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve technical issues
Good understanding of unit tests, performing code reviews, and ensuring the quality and reliability of code.
Must be adaptable and willing to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Good in working across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with mobile analytics tools and performance monitoring
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (including Scrum and Kanban)
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
