Our esteemed client, an industry-leading organization, is actively seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to spearhead the film design and development process.
- In this pivotal role, you will guide projects from initial concept to market launch, employing both existing assets and innovative elements.
Your responsibilities will extend to fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners, applying principles of polymer science, aligning innovation with strategic business goals, conducting rigorous experimental validation, and optimizing manufacturing processes in collaboration with production teams.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Polymer Science/Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or related fields.
Proficiency in operating coax cast/blown film equipment and a readiness to travel between 30-50% of the time are key qualifications for this role.
