YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS

Transfer of global resin products and technology to the Indian market
Scouting for and homologation of local raw materials
Modification and adaptation of products to the local market requirements
Scouting for and implementing of local equipment and tools for lab and production
Preparation and testing of lab-scale samples
Deputy of the production manager and supervision of technical personnel
Planning, organization, and execution of production trials
Optimization of existing products and processes regarding performance and costs
Support of sales, production, and quality control with lab testing and technical advice
Leading and documentation of R&D projects according to R&D processes and ISO/IATF requirements
Ensure maintenance and calibration of lab equipment

YOUR PROFILE

Becholor Degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering or related.
Advanced and current knowledge of polymer synthesis and resin formulation with focus on unsaturated polyester, epoxy, and polyurethane
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of project management according to ISO 9001 (preferably IATF 16949)
Fluency in English and local language
5 years professional experience in chemical R&D with minimum 2 years in project managing roles
Proven track record in R&D and product development
