Dimitar Dimitrov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Lead the full ordering cycle for RAN materials (antennas, passive components, indoor hardware).
• Build and maintain detailed material forecasts based on rollout and modernization plans.
• Manage warehouse coordination for OpCos (stock levels, replenishment, discrepancies).
• Own antenna portfolio management, including technical compliance, documentation, and vendor interface.
• Collaborate with suppliers on deliveries, delays, and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP or equivalent systems.
• Provide technical documentation, ordering specifications, and tender support.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve related processes across OpCos.
• Ensure alignment with group standards and operational excellence.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Engineering degree (Telecom, Electronics, Logistics Engineering, etc.).
• 3+ years experience in telco logistics, RAN support, planning, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in ordering, forecasting, or vendor management.
• Knowledge of SAP or logistics systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across countries.
• Proficiency in English at a working level, German will be considered as an advantage.
• Computer skills for working with MS Office.
• Willingness to work in intensive load mode.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
