Job Description

Your role

You will play a key role in designing and developing advanced RF and microwave solutions for our radar platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking technical lead on RF and microwave circuit design

  • Contributing to next-generation radar hardware development

  • Designing and optimizing components such as amplifiers, LNAs, oscillators, PLLs, mixers, and antennas (X- and K-band)

  • Performing link budget and system-level calculations

  • Collaborating closely with embedded software and tracking teams

  • Exploring and implementing innovative technologies within RF, mmWave, and related fields

You will have a high degree of autonomy and real influence on technical decisions.

Requirements

We imagine that you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering

  • Have a strong theoretical foundation and can apply it in practice

  • Are experienced with RF design and simulation tools

  • Are comfortable using lab equipment (e.g., spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes)

  • Understand signal processing

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with Python or data analysis

  • Interest in tracking or signal processing methods

  • Knowledge of production or regulatory constraints
