• Provide technical expertise and support in radiation protection, including documentation review, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Review design, safety, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Support commissioning through review of test programs, procedures, and system readiness.
• Interface with the Customer, contractors, and stakeholders in technical discussions and meetings.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review as-built documentation and system changes for alignment with approved design basis.
• Contribute to operational readiness assessments, including processes, procedures, and organizational setup.
• Prepare technical reports, comments, and correspondence related to radiation protection and safety.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in Radiology, Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Physics.
• 8+ years of experience in radiation protection engineering in the nuclear energy industry.
• Thorough understanding of radioactivity measurement.
• Experience with MERCURAD, PANTHERE, MicroShield or similar dose rate software is recommended.
