Job Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at HanmiGlobal Saudi, you will be pivotal in managing all aspects of the costs and contracts of construction projects. You will provide cost advice, prepare estimates, and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. Your expertise will help in maximizing project value and minimizing financial risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit promptly the detailed cost estimates for all phases of projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities for tendering purposes.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage variations and claims, evaluating the impact of change orders.
• Provide financial forecasts and maintain detailed financial reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize the project's financial performance.
• Monitor and report on cash flow and financial aspects of the project.
• Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and provide training as necessary.
• Assist in risk management and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during all stages of project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
