Essentials: 7+ years' construction experience; Degree in QS, Construction Economics or similar; Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects; Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management skills.
Salary: €85,000 - €100,000
Reporting to: Commercial Director
This Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on major projects. The role offers high-level commercial autonomy, senior leadership exposure, and the responsibility to drive project profitability while mentoring a team of surveyors.
