Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Client: Leading Tier 2 - Main Contractor

Essentials: 8-10 years of quantity surveying experience (ideally with a Tier 1/2 Main Contractor in Ireland), Degree in Quantity Surveying

Location: Dublin

Salary: €85,000 - €100,000

Package: Pension, Company Vehicle, Bonus

Reporting to: Commercial Director

• Oversee commercial management and project reporting, encompassing financial forecasting and handling risk management.
• Operate independently while working closely with the Managing QS to meet project objectives and ensure alignment.
• Handle stakeholder communications and foster relationships with contractors, clients, and suppliers to maintain project coherence.
• Ensure smooth project delivery by tracking costs, budgets, and financial performance to keep projects within financial parameters.
• Create and evaluate commercial documents such as valuations, claims, and variations, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and standards.
