WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Services team in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior client-facing position requiring an accomplished commercial professional with extensive experience in cost consultancy, quantity surveying, and infrastructure project delivery across the UAE.
The successful candidate will lead quantity surveying teams, manage key client relationships, and provide commercial and cost management expertise on major infrastructure, transportation, and public-sector projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, government entities, and project leadership teams.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to some of the region's most significant infrastructure developments while supporting the continued growth of WSP's Commercial Services business in the UAE.

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is preferred.
Additional professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
Proven cost consultancy experience within a leading engineering consultancy, cost consultancy, or project management organisation.
Extensive experience delivering commercial services on major infrastructure and transportation projects.
Strong experience working with Abu Dhabi Government entities and leading UAE clients.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale and complex project portfolios.
Proven track record of leading and managing Quantity Surveying teams.
Experience operating in client-facing leadership roles with direct responsibility for stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of procurement, tendering, contract administration, and commercial governance processes.
