Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Project Site
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost estimates for highway projects.
Review and certify contractor RA bills, final bills, and quantity measurements.
Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and claims.
Manage contract administration, change orders, and payment certifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives on commercial matters.
Prepare monthly cost reports, progress reports, and project cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and project procedures.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, and Contract Management for National Highways, Expressways, Road, or Bridge Projects
Experience in handling EPC, HAM, or Item Rate Contracts is preferred.
