Senior Quantity Surveyor - Multi-Sector Projects

Location: Sydney - Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 plus Superannuation

Work with high-profile clients across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors, sharpening your technical and strategic skills while expanding your professional network.

You’ll also mentor junior surveyors and lead project discussions, developing your leadership capability and establishing yourself as a trusted client advisor.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of cost planning and commercial management for large-scale projects.
• Advising clients on strategies, budgets, and financial risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting site visits, preparing valuations, and managing risk and reporting.
• Leading key project discussions and mentoring junior surveyors.
• Contributing to training and helping shape the next generation of professionals.

What You’ll Need

• A degree in construction management or quantity surveying.
• Experience with a national quantity surveying consultancy.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to mentor junior staff and lead by example.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to operate independently when required.
