Join HSBC’s global Macro FX Options Quant team in London to develop and support front office models and tools used across our FX options business. This role combines hands-on quantitative model development with close partnership across Trading, Structuring, Risk, Finance and Technology. You’ll help shape robust, consistent and explainable pricing and risk capabilities for vanilla, flow and complex exotic FX options including structured FX derivatives and multi-asset trades. Success means delivering production-quality models and analytics that are well-tested and well-documented and are adopted confidently by front-office users. You’ll also play a key part in aligning local work with global standards so the platform stays coherent across regions.
This is a chance to put modern quantitative methods into production and see your work used daily across a global front office. You’ll build models, analytics and tooling that support trading decisions, risk management and explainability at scale. If you want a role where technical quality matters and close partnership with the business is part of the job this is a strong platform to do it. Apply to help strengthen the models and tools that underpin HSBC’s FX options trading and risk capabilities.
