Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to drive quality assurance and process excellence across our Fixed Networks Business Division. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality management, process optimization, and continuous improvement, ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards and customer expectations. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, provide quality leadership, and drive initiatives that align with our quality vision and mission.

  • Lead Quality Assurance activities, ensuring projects meet quality, time, content, and cost targets.
  • Develop and execute Project Quality Plans, defining objectives and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide independent quality perspective for decision-making and milestone approvals.
  • Monitor development progress using metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct In-Process Quality Checks and internal audits to identify risks.
  • Drive process transformation and optimization using SDLC, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
  • Analyze customer defect trends and field data to identify systemic issues.
  • Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish quality governance frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards aligned with business strategy.
  • Plan and execute internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 10+ year’s experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Quality Management, with a focus on process excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of SW/HW development lifecycle practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Certification as an ISO/TL9000 Internal Auditor is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and defect tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving quality and continuous improvement.
