Standard Bots builds AI-native industrial robot arms deployed at manufacturing facilities across the U.S. In June 2026 we closed a $200M Series C at a $1B valuation, led by RoboStrategy with continued backing from General Catalyst and new participation from the Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund and Samsung Next.
Every robot we ship has to actually work — for years, in real factories, under real load. That comes down to what happens on the inspection bench before it ever leaves the building. As Senior Electronic Inspector, you're the final word on whether our PCBAs, cables, and harnesses meet the bar, and you're the person other inspectors turn to when the standard gets tricky.
The salary range for this role is $34-40/hour, depending on experience. We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Standard Bots. All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

Standard Bots is redefining the field of robotics with its AI-powered robots which are designed and assembled in the U.S. Unlike traditional robots, which require complex programming, Standard Bots' innovative technology allows users to program robots through simple demonstration, making automation accessible to everyone. This approach facilitates the collection of high-quality training data, empowering our AI models to provide real-time control of robots that adapt to changing conditions. With the goal of enabling businesses of all sizes to deploy robots quickly and easily, Standard Bots builds products for a wide range of industrial and commercial use cases.
