Job Description

1. Understand internal and customer quality requirements to ensure that products are produced to internal and customer requirements.
2. Lead customer audit, process audit, product audit, station audit as well as process observations.
3. Conduct product contract review, Engineering Master, ECN review and work order review.
4. Prepare FAIRs to ensure that products we ship fulfill customer requirements.
5. Optimize/simplify inspection plan through POG and OAP program to ensure no nonconforming parts move to final inspection. Eliminate customer escapes and unnecessary inspection.
6. Manage the non-conformance reporting and corrective action process to ensure that continuous improvement is carried out.
7. Function as delegated supplier quality representative when approved to streamline the product release process.
8. Issue/review CoCs to certify that products we ship fulfill customer requirements
9. Provide technical support and training to production with particular emphasis on the quality aspects.
10. Others assigned by department manager.

Skills/Knowledge:

More than 3 years product quality assurance experience in foreign owned company. Mechanical or related metal manufacturing industry preferred.

Good English ability with particular emphasis on the understanding of technical specifications. Able to well communicate with customers and suppliers.

Degree/Education: Bacheloror bachelor above in materials/metallurgy or related engineering discipline.

Years of Experience: 5 years above

Special Qualifications:

Well use quality tools (APQP, FMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, 8D…)

Quality Management Systems, ideally AS9100 internal auditor is preferred.

Green belt preferred.
