We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Wichita, United States. In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering excellence through systematic quality processes and strategic oversight.

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead and mentor junior quality assurance team members, Quality Inspectors providing guidance on best practices and professional development
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure efficient and reliable testing across multiple platforms
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and conduct root cause analysis to drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to establish quality standards and acceptance criteria
  • Define and track quality metrics and key performance indicators to measure testing effectiveness and product reliability
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the quality assurance process
  • Review and optimize existing QA processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market
  • Document test cases, test results, and quality reports with precision and clarity
  • Participate in code reviews and provide quality feedback to development teams
  • Customer Complain Analysis

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance or quality engineering roles
  • Bachelor's Degree required; industrial engineering focus preferred
  • ISO9001 knowledge required
  • Strong Knowledge of problem-solving techniques
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience with defect tracking and test management tools
  • Proficiency in designing comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
  • Experience leading or mentoring QA team members
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing methodology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices
  • Preferred: Six Sigma Knowledge
