Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining and enhancing software quality by developing robust test strategies, executing manual and automated tests, and identifying areas for improvement across diverse systems. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and resolve defects.
• Validate system performance, scalability, and reliability through thorough testing.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide input on process improvements and quality engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Technologies Used: Proficiency in Java, Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• System Experience: Familiarity with systems like Cards, Payments, SAP, or ERP platforms.
• Experience in test design and execution in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
