As our new Senior Quality Cost Portfolio Specialist, you will join the Global QHSE&E function and report to the Senior Manager QHSE&E strategy and quality management systems!
You will be part of a team working at the intersection of quality, performance and strategy. The team environment is collaborative, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, structured thinking and continuous improvement. You will operate in a role that requires the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions to drive progress.
What we offer
The purpose of the role is to define and drive Quality Cost (COPQ) into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives with measurable business impact.
This is a new role, offering an opportunity to shape and develop how Quality Cost is managed across the organization.
We are currently developing the foundation for future Quality Cost, and you will play a key role in making this a success. Along with developing the framework your responsibility will be to maintain the overview of the portfolio of initiative that can lead to improvements done across Global QHSE&E, Operations, Product Development and Supply Engineering, in close collaboration with Finance.
More specifically your main responsibilities will be to:
Drive the definition of quality cost initiatives and execution roadmap in close collaboration with subject matter experts.
Establish a prioritized portfolio of quality cost initiatives, including planning, governance and follow-up.
Ensure execution and follow-up of initiatives together with local owners.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and collaboration on initiatives across Global QHSE&E, Operations, Product Development, Supply Engineering, and Finance.
Prepare and facilitate reviews and management updates on progress, risks and impact.
Define and maintain KPIs and reporting for quality cost and improvement initiatives.
What you will bring
You bring a structured and pragmatic approach, with the ability to turn complex topics and data into clear priorities and actionable initiatives. You are comfortable working across functions and know how to engage and influence stakeholders to drive progress.
Moreover, we expect that you:
Have portfolio or project management experience within a cross-functional environment
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to engage and influence different functions
Are able to assess stakeholder landscape and engage relevant parties to ensure effective implementation.
Possess strong communication and facilitation skills across organizational levels
Have a solid business understanding enabling translation into operational actions
Have a strategic mindset with a helicopter view, allowing you to identify priorities and support decision-making
Are comfortable working with data and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) while maintaining a high-level perspective
Are proactive and able to take ownership in an evolving environment
