As a
Senior Quality Control
at Aspire, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing and quality control processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate functionality, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices and product quality.

What you’ll do

• 
  Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
• 
  Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across applications.
• 
  Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up.
• 
  Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet quality standards.
• 
  Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical needs.
• 
  Prepare and share test progress reports and quality status with relevant teams.
• 
  Support and drive process improvements, promoting QA best practices across teams.
• 
  Assist in defining and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• 
  Mentor and support junior QA team members when needed.
• 
  Manage multiple testing activities and prioritize tasks effectively.

What you’ll need

• 
  5–7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• 
  Strong experience in test case design, execution, and documentation.
• 
  Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality control processes.
• 
  Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• 
  Experience working in Agile or similar development environments.
• 
  Leadership ability with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• 
  Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
