Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals as part of the CWBU First Line of Defence in quality assurance
Assist in planning, developing, implementing, reviewing and improving the Project Integrated Management System (PIMS) to achieve CWBU project management objectives
Provide regular strategic updates and quality performance reports to Senior Management, including trend analyses, risk insights, and progress against quality KPIs, to enable informed decision-making and ensure transparency on CWBU’s quality governance status
Facilitate the digitalisation of MTR Quality Assurance (QA) tools within the common data environment and the development of best-in-class QA Dashboards, such as Key Performance Indicator dashboards
Maintain high level of corporate governance in QA through regular reviews, identify key system deficiencies and recommend effective solutions and improvement actions
Support CWBU audit schedule planning
Provide professional advice and support to CWBU to contribute to successful project delivery, including independent review of quality plans and related documents
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as government departments to monitor and implement recommendations and improvement actions
Requirements
Degree in Engineering / Quality Management or a related discipline
A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in quality management, preferably in major construction environment
Possession of qualification of a recognised professional institution in BIM or Information Management, such as Chartered Quality Institute is preferred
Solid experience as a Lead QA Auditor in ISO 9001:2015
Recognised training in quality improvement certification, such as Six Sigma, Agile Project Management and ISO 9001 quality management training
Proven leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal, communication and English report writing skills
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
