We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our R&D organization and the IX product team. The team is responsible for the IX Developer, a development environment which is used by our customers to create applications with great UX, allowing end-users to control any industry process.
As a Senior QA engineer, you share the responsibility, both for the day-to-day QA work and the strategic perspective of how we work with quality long-term. If you have an interest in QA best practices like test automation and test strategies, this role will give you the opportunity to put theory into practice.

You will be the voice of the user in terms of quality. That's why drive and good communication skills are important to be able to share your view of the product.
Hands-on experience in testing software and/or automation systems
Hands-on experience of risk-based testing
Practical experience in test automation
Understanding the importance of non-functional requirements (performance, stability, etc)
Great skills in English, both written and verbal
Possibility to work on-site from the Malmö office at least three days per week
Understanding of the automation domain (PLC, HMI, communication)
Experience of testing embedded systems
Software development skills
Knowledge of security testing
DevOps experience
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Coaching skills
