The role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. • Execute audit schedule requirements, including internal, inspection, third‑party and customer audits.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Assurance procedures and processes that support project delivery and the wider Marine sector.

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and is based on site at Rosyth.

Essential experience of the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Strong, in‑depth knowledge of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to review, develop and improve processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Leadership or management experience within a quality‑focused environment.
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines and contractual obligations.

Qualifications for the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Qualified to a recognised trade standard and relevant academic level (HNC/SVQ Level 3).
  • Minimum Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Affiliation or working towards affiliation with the Chartered Quality Institute.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.

Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by your place of birth, nationality, current or former citizenship, and any residency you hold or have held.
