They are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our company. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to lead and mentor teams, create tests that identify software issues before product launch, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for complex software systems, including manual and automated testing strategies
• Conduct functional, qualitative, and performance testing on prototype hardware and early implementation software
• Implement and maintain test methodologies aligned with iterative development processes
• Create and manage detailed documentation for test plans, cases, bug reports, and results, including performance and quality metrics
• Design and implement lifecycle software for testing, working with databases to support testing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy alignment, confidently communicate technical topics, and resolve quality issues

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• 4 to 6+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Proficient in various testing techniques, including Manual, Automated, Functional, and Non-Functional testing
• Experience with Automated testing tools such as Robot Framework, Cypress, JMeter, Postman, Swagger, etc.
• Strong time-management, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

Its Great If You Have

• Experience coding with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Expertise in Performance and Load testing
• Experience building large-scale web applications
• Experience in building and mentoring talented teams
