All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the major responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Clearly and concisely indicate the end result(s) a person in the position is expected to accomplish.)
• Pre-production - to ensure vendor fully understand the PVH specification and make details.
• Evaluation of protos and pre-production and salesman samples.
• In line inspections - to carry out in line audits to ensure product meet PVH requirements, to identify problems & potential issues at an early stage.
• Monitor and advise on vendor/ factory in line QA process.
• Work-in-process check - to work with vendors on trouble shooting if problems are detected.
• Final inspection - to conduct statistical audit to ensure all shipments meet PVH quality standards. Escalate any quality issues/ failed audits to QA manager for decision making.
• Complete various reports appropriate for each stage of the inspection and have vendors acknowledge and sign in due course.
• Randomly audit FCQA to ensure ongoing compliance to PVH quality and processes.
• Work with local QC to advise on final audit schedules.
• Keep eyes and ears open during their inspection trip to factory on market intelligence i.e. competitors' new products in the factory, potential problem of the factory etc.
• Carry out vendor technical evaluations as required.
• New vendor on boarding, provide training on PVH QA system and process

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience: (The required degrees, certifications or licenses & the number of years and type of experience required for this position.)
Skills: (The specific skills an individual must possess in order to meet the expectations of the position.)
• Good knowledge in quality management including knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods with proven record of technical capability
• Planning – Device / shuffle final audit schedule in order to ensure the compliance of quality standard in different stages of production
• Able to give full attention to stakeholder (factory/vendor, QA auditor etc) and take time to understand their points being made and ask questions as appropriate
• Identifying complex problems in production and develop/ evaluate options and work with vendor/factory to implement solutions/mitigations.
• Able to provide advice and training to vendors/factories in, but not limited to the PVH specification, QA system and process.
• Excellent verbal and written English. Fluency in local language is advantageous.
