We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with strong experience in Order Management Systems,
preferably Fluent Commerce OMS The role involves ensuring high-quality delivery across
complex eCommerce and supply chain workflows through functional, integration, and API
testing.
Key Responsibilities
● Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices across
the QA team
● Participate in and lead requirement analysis sessions to clearly understand business and
technical objectives
● Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases based on user stories and
acceptance criteria
● Validate end-to-end OMS workflows including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment,
and returns
● Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across OMS and connected
systems
● Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify, log, and
track defects to closure
● Conduct API testing using tools like Postman to validate integrations between OMS and
external systems
● Support UAT cycles, defect triage, and release validation
● Contribute to test planning, estimation, and QA reporting
● Mentor junior QA team members and drive quality ownership within the team
Required Skills & Experience
● 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong functional testing expertise
● Hands-on experience with OMS platforms such as Fluent Commerce OMS
● Strong understanding of eCommerce and supply chain workflows (Order lifecycle,
Inventory, Fulfillment, Returns)
● Experience in API testing (REST/JSON) using tools like Postman
● Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Xray, Azure DevOps,
etc.)
● Ability to create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
● Experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Robot
Framework)
● Exposure to performance or accessibility testing
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
● Experience working in distributed/global teams
