The main objective for a Quality Assurance Senior Analyst is to ensure that KYC and AML processes within Risk Operations are performed in accordance with policies, procedures, and work instructions. The role involves managing the Quality Assurance process, performing quality checks, ensuring that quality, consistent and fair risk assessment standards apply for all customers throughout the Risk Operations processes. The role may also involve a level of training of the staff on the procedures and work instructions applied and adhered to in the Risk Operations processes.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and love to work with multiple stakeholders. To be successful in the role, the ability to see the big picture without losing an eye for detail comes naturally in everyday work. The work is based within a global multicultural company and the ability to be flexible helps is key to shift tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment.
