SeniorQuality Assurance – M2M

Verisure,operatingunder two brand names (Securitas Direct &Verisure) is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate QA Tester The role willpartof a growing and talented Technology team and will report directly to the M2M – IT Reception Systemsdepartment.

We now have the opportunity for a QA Tester to join the Technology HUB in Spain. We are looking for a highly driven,talentedand experienced Engineer who manage and develop high quality software applications. Someone ready to contribute to backend and frontend quality through automated testing and cloud infrastructure validation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Development of technical analysis and designs as of the specifications of the business requirements and functional analysis documentation (BDD/TDD - Given-When-Then).

• Design, implement, and execute automated tests for backend applications (primarily) and frontend (desirable).

• Ensure code quality and manage technical debt using SonarQube (rules and quality gates).

• Configure andoptimizeCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).

• Perform performance, load, and resilience testing.

• Validate configurations and deployments in AWS environments (PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS).

• Analyze and propose implementation alternatives, contributingwiththe technical vision from the QA point of view.

• Collaborate in detecting and resolving security, compliance, and cost issues in cloud environments.

• Application owner, in terms of Delivery and Service.

LocationWorking under a Hybrid Model, you’llwork from home and at our Alicanteoffices.

Required Qualifications:

• Mid–Senior (5–8 years) of provable experience in IT.

• High levelof English (B2 or higher).

• Solid knowledge in QA/Testing methodologies (ISTQB, shift-left, test pyramid).

• Hands-on experience with Java, Git, and REST APIdevelopment (Postman,RestAssured).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and validation tools (TFLint,Checkov, OPA)

• KnowledgeinAWS cloud servicesand Kubernetes (EKS)

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Mongo, Oracle, DynamoDB).

• Previousexperience working in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Will be a plus:

• Frontend development and testing (Selenium, Angular).

• Testing withTerratest(Go) or equivalent frameworks.

• Validations with Kitchen-Terraform +InSpec
