In this role, you'll:

Work as a Senior QA/Testing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring quality outcomes for RegStar's technology (*see details below), integrations and service improvements. You'll work within a large, fast paced delivery environment focused on modern engineering, regulatory reform, and customer centred design. You'll partner closely with product teams, engineers, analysts and stakeholders across the business to deliver high quality releases, and drive testing excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities will include (not limited to):

  • Develop and oversee test strategies, plans and frameworks across complex systems and components
  • Lead the design, automation and execution of test cases, test suites and documentation
  • Manage testing activities across multiple workstreams, environments and release cycles
  • Deliver clear, data driven reporting on test progress, quality, risks and release readiness
  • Champion quality and reliability across the program, influencing practices and decision making
  • Identify risks early and contribute to mitigation planning and program assurance
  • Work collaboratively across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders

About you

For you to be considered, you should meet with all the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience delivering testing in large, integrated, or complex system environments
  • ISTQB certification foundation level (CTFL) essential
  • Experienced within a consultancy capacity for clients, and/or government institutions
  • Solid/proven experience within the likes of Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, and out of the box problem solving skills
  • Hands on experience with test tools and automation, e.g. Playwright

Preferred, but not essential:

  • Prior experience within cloud/AWS certification
  • Certified Test Agile (CTFL-AT)
  • Tosca
