Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior QA/Test Manager to join ongoing and upcoming public sector projects in Lithuania. In this position, you will be leading and carrying out software testing activities, making sure that all solutions meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for creating and implementing test strategies, organizing and coordinating UAT processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You will also prepare documentation and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing
  • Ability to create and implement test plans, strategies, and methodologies
  • Experience writing and executing detailed test scenarios
  • Strong skills in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) organizing, executing, and coordinating UAT processes
  • Deep understanding of quality management processes and ability to maintain quality standards
  • Fluency in Lithuanian

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in the public sector or large-scale IT projects
  • Familiarity with modern QA tools and frameworks

Responsibilities:
