About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance / Quantity Survey Engineer to support construction supervision activities for a major infrastructure project involving roads, tunnels, and bridges.

This opportunity is part of a project currently at the EOI stage, and we are engaging with qualified professionals in preparation for a potential project award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement quality assurance systems across the project
• Manage measurement and payment systems in line with contract requirements
• Oversee document management systems and ensure proper record keeping
• Review and process contractor’s interim payment certificates for certification
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures
• Support the Team Leader on all QA/QS-related matters
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and contractual compliance

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified Civil Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• At least 5 years of experience in similar infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in quality assurance systems and contract measurement/payment processes
• Experience with document control and management systems
• Good understanding of construction supervision and contract requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
