Our client is seeking a Senior QA Testing & Automation Consultant to support a major modernization program. This role sits within the UAT team and will focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirements validation, test automation, change management, and cutover readiness across a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead UAT planning, coordination, execution, and governance activities
• Partner with business and technology teams to validate requirements and ensure testability
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and defect resolution
• Design, develop, and oversee execution of manual and automated test cases
• Support and expand test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Cypress
• Manage change requests, impact assessments, and testing scope adjustments
• Support cutover planning, readiness assessments, defect triage, and go-live activities
• Provide testing status updates, risk reporting, and escalation management to leadership

Requirements

• Strong consulting and client-facing experience
• Proven leadership experience across User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives
• Experience translating business requirements into end-to-end testing strategies
• Strong requirements validation and business stakeholder management experience
• Experience managing change requests, impact assessments, and testing scope adjustments
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
• Experience working across Product, BA, QA, and Release Management teams
• Financial services experience, preferably within banking, payments, or regulated environments
