Professional Services at Guidewire partners with P&C insurers worldwide to design, implement, and optimize mission-critical solutions on the Guidewire platform, with a strong focus on cloud and AI-enabled delivery. As part of this team, you’ll join a diverse, collaborative group that is redefining how services are executed to reduce implementation effort and time while accelerating customer value realization. In this role, you will lead QA functional testing for complex Guidewire implementations, ensuring our solutions are delivered with high quality, reliability, and business fit. You’ll own the end-to-end QA lifecycle from requirements analysis to go-live, designing robust test approaches and collaborating closely with customers, consultants, and product teams. You’ll help Professional Services achieve its priorities around AI-powered, highly efficient implementations by embedding quality and automation practices that cut effort, shorten timelines, and drive measurable customer success.

In your first six months, you will take ownership of QA for one or more Guidewire implementation projects, building a deep understanding of customer business processes, defining the test strategy, and delivering well-structured test cases and execution plans that keep quality central to every release. You will be measured on outcomes such as defect leakage, test coverage, adherence to timelines, and your contribution to reducing rework and implementation effort—all of which directly support Professional Services’ goals to revolutionize services execution, scale revenue, and deploy AI-powered capabilities across projects.
